Dear Friends,

Namaste and Tashi Delek!

Basanta Adventure, was originally founded in early 1995, and is the  culmination of many years of experience in operating and enjoying treks, tours  and travels in the Himalayan regions of Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Sikkim.

My love and passion of travel and the countries in which we operate began with organizing easy trekking in the early 1990s.  That led to organizing treks and expeditions in Nepal and Tibet, gradually expanding the services and offers, to produce a full range of cultural and adventure tours in the Himalayan regions including Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Sikkim for both small-groups and tailor-made clients.

Also, my multicultural background and local knowledge has made it easy for the company to provide services more resourcefully. Our policy to keep small group sizes and providing personal services to each individual client has been the key to the success of the company.

Basanta Adventure offers:

  • Specialized in Treks and Tours – Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Sikkim.
  • Small scale Expeditions – Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Sikkim.
  • Wide rages of Adventure, Activities & Culture Tours – Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and Sikkim.
  • Charity Treks and Tours.
  • Short and Long Volunteers work for both Gap student and experience individuals.

Basanta Adventure is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. We are also wholesale tour operator for Tibet and have our own operation in Tibet.

We look forward to hearing from you.

With best regards,
