In 2010, Basanta Adventure Treks & Expedition (BATE) received an A+ certification after successfully completing 4 years training program on Quality Management system (QMS) project funded by EUROPEAID and organized by Positive Planet (formerly known as Planet Finance), France.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Basanta Adventure is fully audited by the international auditing firm ISO for quality certification of ISO 9001:2008in 2010 and successfully upgraded to ISO 900:2015 in 2018. The company maintains yearly audit for keeping up with Quality Standards.

The core principle belief of Basanta Adventure “doing business with a purpose “is rooted in responsible travel and sustainable tourism. Company has been supporting various schools and families in villages through the ‘Gap Year’ program promoted by since 2001.

Future for Nepal

BATE works with Future for Nepal UK based Charity which currently sponsors more than 30 children in Nepal - many of whom have already graduated. Beside Future for Nepal, BATE support Children Aid Center (CAC) founded by retired woman teachers working in the field of Education and Center for Environment Education (CEEN) working in the field of educating student for the preservation of environment.
