Glimpse of Nepal Tour Overview

The Glimpse of Nepal Tour is designed for travelers who want to experience Nepal’s culture, adventure, wildlife, and Himalayan scenery within nine days. The journey begins in Kathmandu with heritage sightseeing before heading west towards the Trishuli River for a half-day rafting experience.

After rafting, we continue to Chitwan, where three nights provide enough time for wildlife and cultural activities without rushing. Jeep safaris, canoe rides, birdwatching, guided nature experiences, and Tharu culture introduce the forests, rivers, grasslands, wildlife, and communities of Nepal’s subtropical Terai.

The journey then continues to Pokhara beneath the Annapurna Himalayas. Phewa Lake, the International Mountain Museum, Davis Falls, and surrounding viewpoints provide a relaxed conclusion after the active days in Chitwan. On clear mornings, Machhapuchhre and sections of the Annapurna range rise dramatically above the city.

October to November and March to April generally provide the best balance of rafting conditions, wildlife activities, sightseeing weather, and Himalayan visibility. No TIMS Card, ACAP, or restricted trekking permit is required. Chitwan National Park entry and applicable cultural monument fees are required, while rafting arrangements and necessary equipment are organized as part of the confirmed program.
