In 2011, Basanta Adventures was certified ISO 9001:2008 and again upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 in 2019. In 2017 the company received Travelife Partner award during the World Travel Market (WTM) in London for the commitment in sustainable tourism from UK based organization called Travelife dedicated to promoting and providing training for Sustainable Tourism. BATE regularly participates in world major travel fairs such as ITB, Berlin, World Travel Market, MITT Russia and many more.

Our company has organized a number of charity events and has been part of a sponsorship program to educate more than 25 students ranging from kindergarten to graduation. This has been such a rewarding and satisfying charity project, especially as two graduates subsequently joined the company.
